XY-STAGE TYPE RQ
At XY-stages series RQ the two sliding parts (interior- and exterior part) are supported by cross rollers. This shows positive effects to the frictional property and precision. The sliding parts can be produced in grey cast iron (standard). Other materials upon request. The XY-stages are available with one or two axes.
